"As someone who is trying to lose weight this new year, finding this spot was a pleasant surprise. I was skeptical, knowing all the other "health" spots around here lacked flavor and gave so little; however, not only did the Low Carb Crispy Chicken Bowl taste great, it was filling and kept me full late into the night. Although it isn't purely low carb, gluten free flour still has carbs, as well as brown rice, it's good for a low-cal diet. It obviously has more nutrients compared to regular fried chicken and white rice & the addition of vegetables/fruit make it a balanced meal. I will for sure be getting this often."
