I knocked another star because the iced coffees are very watered down and the whipped cream is added to a flat top cup instead of a dome top. you can tell they pour hot hot coffee in an ice cup instead of cold coffee. It made my iced coffee room temp by the time it got to me with maybe 3 small cubes floating around the top. My hot coffee with whipped cream was filled less than 2 thirds. Instead of filling with coffee like normal and then adding whipped cream and finishing with a dome top, they added it all to a flat top cup and by the time I recieved it, all the whipped cream had melted. It honestly ruined the consistency and was less coffee this way. The last star is for the lack of customization. I will try again one day because maybe it was a bad day. But the coffee, good quality or not, is ruined by the rest of the ingredients."
