The pancakes were suppose to be my desert. Brandon the manager was very nice when I called to complain and he offered to replace them the next time I visit. DoorDash gave me a partial credit. Gotta love Door Dash! I havent been to IHOP in a while and I have always been satisfied when dining there. I will continue to be a customer considering. "it was ok. but i put 2 stars because this is the second time the food was disappointing. my pasta didn't have sauce on it like it described. it was very dry. last time, I got a steak medium. It was well done and burnt on the sides. from now on, I won't order from here. it's better if you go in. seems they don't care unless you're there to ask them to correct the situation."
