"It was decent flavour but ordered a 'thick' base and it wasn't very thick. Only slightly bigger than a thin base in my book - around 1cm thick. I guess this could be considered a 'traditional' size, but it definitely wasn't 'thick', if it is, I'd be scared to see what their trad + thin base sizes look like. I particularly ordered because I love thick base pizza and so few places do it, even if they claim they do, they still give you a thin base.. cost cutting I guess. Maybe it was end of the night and they ran out of thick bases? Still, was super disappointing. If I ever try them again, I'll call first to make sure they actually have thick bases, and see what they send - if it's still not actually thick, I'll know to not order again. I got a half and half BBQ Meat Lovers and Alanna Special - the Special was coated in blobs of garlic (way too much) - it didn't look anything like the photo. The beef was ok though. "Sadly I have to give only 2 stars, due to quality issues. Firstly the good - the dough is very nice, the ingredients are tasty, it was cooked well done. I also asked for extra oregano and chilli and made an order note asking for extra spicy / extra chilli, which they did do, so that is very nice. I do appreciate the order note being attended to. If there weren't any issues I would have been very happy with this pizza, however the negative points outweight the positive. I ordered a Super Supreme with extra chicken - $3 for the extra and there are just a few crumbs of crumbled chicken on it - I had to go fishing around under the cheese to find any at all. I would be horrified if I ordered one of their chicken pizzas and that is how it came. Also, the pizza didn't look anything like the picture - while I am happy there is cheese on it (which there isn't on the picture), the prawns were small, not the jumbo ones shown here. There's also barely any capsicum compared to the picture. And lastly and most importantly, I paid for a large pizza, but received a medium 12" pizza in a medium box. So I essentially wasted $10 on the $7 large pizza upgrade cost along with the $3 extra chicken cost. If these issues were resolved, Fizza Hut would be a regular purchase for me and I would recommend to friends and family, but after this initial experience, I can't say I would be coming back. Also I thought the name was funny at first, but looking past the Pizza Hut reference, they actually make good pizza. It's just a real pity it's got issues like smaller sizes being sent as 'large' and small amounts of ingredients. I feel bad giving this order only 2 stars because the pizza itself is quite nice, but the value proposition and lack of extra topping (as well as not coming as advertised in the photo) lets down this experience."
