The Serrano Ham with Tortilla Espanola was just OK to me because I found the Tortilla Espanola to be a bit watery, which detracts from the flavor and texture a little bit. They should have baked the Tortilla Espanola more to brown it and remove the excess water. There are so many options to choose from and I can't wait to try more. They should add a Customer Loyalty Program to both the stores and on the delivery apps. It would be a bonus for people who already want to frequent the restaurant.
