"Our family is a Serafina customer from day one. For the first time non of the items came as we are used to getting them. Shrinkflation: Di Sofia focaccia was half the size, not cooked properly and missing ingredients. The cheese didn't cover the Di Sofia focaccia as it always did. The pasta Paglia Fieno came half the size, dry, without much sauce. The Penne Vodka was overcooked and half the size. The French Fries were 1/3 of the box. The pizza Margherita Pizza was 1/3 smaller than usual and didn't have enough cheese. The Penne Arrabbiata was overcooked and too spicy. Half the usual size. I regret to say we will definitely not buy from them again. Maybe they have a new cook, I don't know. It was a huge disappointment.
