"I got the Gloria's Super Special and asked for the pupusa, plantains and yuca to be cooked extra crispy. None of these were crisp. Now, it's possible the plantains can't be cooked crisp. However the pupusa could be grilled crisper than it was. The yuca can certainly be cooked extra crispy (see Righteous Foods yuca fries). I ordered plantain chips under Chips - Large and substituted them for tortilla chips. These are their best item. For dessert I got the flan, and it's the best one I've had from a restaurant. Central Market's Creme Brulee is still the best in town for taste and value. I believe the yuca could stay crisp if they packaged it separately. Overall, the food, though not as crisp as I would have liked, was still pretty darn good. That's all I've got."
