"I always give 5 star reviews where possible to help small business, but sometimes you can't, or it's not an honest review. I generally comment where the issue is but on the odd occasion the star rating is necessary. In this case the Sheperd's pie was burnt & old not even our dogs would eat it. Both lamb & mega beef roll were old & could not eat either. The egg herb sandwich was not fresh as the lettuce inside was already discolored. For the price we paid, would have been better off heating up a supermarket version which has tasted better. Food will need to be fresh, or you will lose customers that is a given. I give 1 chance on a bad run, but a repeat would send us away forever alongside anybody else ordering from you. I was actually shocked that you thought it was acceptable to send food out that virtually all went into the bin. "

I ordered the Nachos and the nacho cheese burrito a few weeks ago and everything with nacho cheese had to be thrown away, it was SO INCREDIBLY spicy it was inedible, my 10 year old Son had some of his burrito and cried because it was so hot.
Nacho cheese is NOT supposed to be spicy, let alone it leaves an ADULTS mouth and lips burning more than 20 minutes later.
Also there was no warning, nothing about it being spicy anywhere on their shopfront, no ingredient information, nothing.
Imagine if someone was allergic to jalapenos or peppers, and ate that, imagine if a very young toddler ate this and the damage it could cause to their mouth and stomach.
Not only that but it looked like the food was simply thrown in the bag.
AVOID. This is NOTHING like the Taco Bell overseas. I know because I once worked at Taco Bell in California for a few years, this is NOT Taco Bell, this is some terrible imitation.
Nacho cheese is supposed to have ZERO spice, the whole point of the salsa packets that are supposed to be provided is to make it as spicy as you want, NOT to make it inedible.
You need to rethink what you are doing. OH and even the Guacamole dip was spicy.
To say this was a disappointing experience is a SEVERE understatement."
