"I placed an order with Nouilles etc. on 2025.12.29 @ around 5:48 p.m. for approximately $87.00 (tips were given separately). Unfortunately, more than half of the food was missing or inedible.
Issues with the order:
Vegetarian fried rolls: 4 were ordered. Only 1 arrived, and it was burnt beyond edible, go to Noullies Inc. site and I will post tomorrow (you make decision).
Egg rolls (#6): 4 were missing.
Combo 1: I only got 9 pieces of General Tao(most where small like my finger nail) — pieces were missing, and the side dish was completely absent (appears to be meat, see picture named Combo 1).
Sauce: The sauce for the fried squib-calamari items was almost nonexistent — shown on the restaurant’s own pictures.
Food quality: Several fried items were undercooked, gummy, and not edible.
Based on what I actually received, I estimate I got only about 37%-44% of the food value I paid for.
This was honestly one of the worst takeout experiences I’ve ever had. The food quality, cooking, and service were all extremely poor. This restaurant sells low-end food with low-quality preparation and service and quality control for deliveries or pick-up.
I strongly recommend ordering elsewhere.
If there are many similar complaints and FoodDash continues to use this restaurant, then they are, in my opinion, complicit.
Too bad I can’t upload pictures here — they clearly show everything mentioned above. Go to Noules Etc tomorrow as I will post some picture, just so you see the honest truth and not being malicious. I understand errors happen but this is not an error.
