Their menu has tons of great options, their food is delicious, their portions are generous, and their prices are very reasonable for the value they provide. They rarely make mistakes but unlike other restaurants, when they do make a mistake they immediately take appropriate steps to make it! right! "I'm a HUGE fan of Poutineville and used to go there with the family prior to the pandemic but tonight was the first time I ever ordered from there. Of course I knew it wouldn't be the same as having piping hot food brought to my table directly from the kitchen and that part was fine. The big disappointment was that I ordered Hamburger Steak and proudly selected the option to substitute the fries for a salad but what I got was a big container full of fries with onions and gravy on the side and no salad! After digging through the container of fries, I eventually found a decently-sized hamburger on the bottom but it was overcooked and completely dry. The pepper sauce was way too peppery for my liking but at least it balanced out the tasteless burger. I would order from Poutineville again but I definitely won't order the hamburger steak again."
