The ramen was packed with the noodles separated (a plastic infill on top of the soup), then the ingredients were separate in their own container. The 2. Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea was sweet, refreshing, and smooth. I chose 25% ice because I like to have more milk tea. ☺️ I would absolutely eat here again. "I ordered via DoorDash specifically so I could leave a review here. Mola is great. Normally I go for the king salmon, but the regular ol' Scottish Salmon as sashimi was very good as well. Fresh, a nicely cut and generous portion with good flavor and melt in your mouth texture. I always get the Bluefin Toro Shiso CR because I just like it. It's hard to find things with shiso and it pairs well with the fatty toro, in my opinion. I've had this roll I think five times now and it's been good every time. Also recommended: King salmon chirashi; sakura masu; the pork bun; otoro nigiri or sashimi. I didn't love the red Hokkaido uni but it's kind of the wrong season AND it's been 20 years since I last had any, so it's possible my palate has changed. I'll be trying it again in the winter months, though! I have been super impressed with the service and the food quality and would recommend you try ordering here if you're looking for sushi in Pittsburgh."

Favorites were Bluefin Toro* , Seared Salmon Toro* , Yuzu Sea Bream* , and the Kura Roll* (3pcs) was very good. Snow Crab Meat Gunkan had plenty of real crab. The Seared Southern Bluefin Toro* was past seared and well into "cooked well done" but still had a good flavor. My only disappointment was that the Dashi Wasabi Bluefin Tuna* was missing, and no substitution was made. Since most items are the same price, I'd have preferred they sub some other bluefin item rather than leave it out entirely. We will definitely order from Kura again."

Egg roll that came with general tso was good, on the thinner side with more crunch than what I'm used to, which I Iike. Thai Ice Tea was really good, not as sweet as others I've had, which I like.
