"I don't have any photos because we ate it too fast before I realized i loved it so much I wanted to take photos. We INHALED this meal. The brisket was moist and fatty, the pulled pork was smoky and flavorful. We forgot to use the BBQ sauce. Totally forgot it existed. The collards were amazing. Salty, umami, rich, and delightful. I've left the best two for last.
The Mac and cheese was unreal. The sounds we made shouldnt be allowed on public tv. It had a slight kick and was the perfect consistency. We regret not ordering the quart. If you're on the fence? Order the quart.

The Saag Paneer had a nice kick (at medium) and the paneer was nicely cooked so it was tender. The Butter Chicken was nicely stewed and the chicken itself has really soaked in the flavor.
Of the three breads we really enjoyed the Onion Kulcha , the onion still had a little crunch to it and it's flavor permeated the whole thing and the Garlic Basil Naan where the garlic really amped up the flavor.
