"I had the chashu Raman, and it was really really delicious! The low sodium broth was so rich and full of flavor, tasted slow cooked, but still light. The noodles were just right, firm and chewy. "You can never go wrong with grilled meat. Yakiniku is big in Japan and Yakitori from Osaka is my favorite. Shinya Shokudo brought all the taste and flavor without the heat, bugs and humidity. The Unagi Bentōうなぎ弁当 was moist and tasty. Almost as if I was back in Saitama for Urawa Unagi. The chicken dishes (the Momo, Negima, and Kawa) were still warm and juicy (except the Kawa of course) when it got to me. The only thing that kept me from reliving memories, and I do not hold the restaurant at fault for this, is that American chicken is bland. Meat always tastes better when you can point to it out in the field or they come out of the jungle with it. Will definitely order again."

"My mom and I really love Kuro Sushi's bowls. She usually orders the Salmon Poke Bowl . I order the Tofu Poke Bowl . I'm not supposed to eat a lot of tofu and a few times I've asked them to substitute veggies, which they have so kindly done. The Tofu Poke Bowl has a really flavorful ginger sauce that goes with it. Kuro Sushi always cares about presentation. The way the ingredients are placed in their recyclable cardboard containers makes me believe there is a true artisan in the kitchen. The portions are excellent and the food is consistently delicious. The rice is a red rice and has a different flavor than white rice. I was initially surprised but have come to appreciate the flavor and recommend it. The restaurant itself is stylish, attractive, full of light, and very very clean! Enjoy Kuro Sushi!!!
