"I pre-ordered 3 Polar Pizzas for an office event using Baskin-Robbins' DoorDash delivery service. About 10 minutes before my window of time for delivery came, I got a text message from the driver (April Smith) letting me know the store ("BR") did not have the flavor that I requested. I replied to April to get what they had but to let the store know that I was NOT happy about the last-minute change. When April got to BR she asked to speak with a manager. I unfortunately did not get the manager's name (because he deserves some credit as well!) but he personally began getting my order together for her, with the flavors originally ordered. April delivered the order on-time and with a smile and I am forever grateful to her for stepping up and providing outstanding customer service.

I was excited to try this place because I was expecting something similar to Egg Tuck, but it was honestly disappointing.
For $18.50, I expected a much better sandwich. The eggs lacked that rich, creamy texture that makes Korean-style egg sandwiches so good. If you’ve had Egg Tuck before, you know exactly what I’m talking about. These just tasted like plain scrambled eggs.
The sauce was decent, but it wasn’t enough to make up for everything else. I also paid $4 for hash browns, and they came out completely unseasoned. A little salt would have gone a long way.
Overall, I don’t feel like the quality matches the price. I wanted to like this place, but I left feeling like it just wasn’t worth the cost. Also, not sure whats going on with the building but it's not set up as an operating restaurant."

"My expectations were met and then some. the onions were actually caramelized, which is surprising since a lot of places advertise that but send out a half assed sautéed onion most of the time. the burger was juicy and well seasoned, the fries were crispy despite the sauce on top, and I was very pleasantly surprised with the flavors. my only criticism is that there were only two slices of pickle on the Sloppy Fries , and I feel it might have been better executed if the pickles were cut up and there were more. it's such a small gripe though, so it doesn't take any points off my review."
