Chicken Hummus - A deceivingly generous mound of delicious, well-seasoned, tender, moist shawarma (most of the shawarma around here is dry and flavorless) surrounded by some of the best hummus I've had was decorated with sliced tomato, kalamata olices, toasted almond slivers (wish this could be served with a side of veggies).
