They use real herbs and spices & the flavors are not watered down for a basic palate. We got their garlic naan, 2 orders of cheese naan - which reminded me of Native American fry bread, so chewy & crispy on the edges and fluffy in the middle & filled generously with cheese. The chicken palao was incredible, so was the aloo gobi, lamb seekh kabab roll, chicken tikka, aloo baingan & channa masala. We also got their mango Lassi which is so rich & sweet, I'm still sipping on it. With the prices being so low, we thought we'd be getting tiny portions but these portions are huge! Our entire family is stuffed and we have leftovers to eat for breakfast tomorrow, we're so grateful for the portion size & cost."

Pulao – Aromatic Rice Soaked in a Savory Stew Chicken Pulao is an Asian dish, consisting of rice packed with spices and cooked in stock. We use turmeric, cumin seed powder, coriander powder, garlic and ginger paste, black pepper, cardamom, red chilies, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, rice, yogurt, onions, oil, almonds, and chicken for making it. First of all, we warm up the oil and fry the onions until they turn into golden brown. We add all the whole spices and fry them for a few minutes and then add powdered spices. Pulao – aromatic rice soaked in a savory stew our clients love to eat our mutton pulao that is prepared with a lot of love and care. This dish can be cooked with different recipes, but we cook it by following a traditional method of our grandmother. We use mutton, rice, onions, ginger and garlic paste, oil, kewarrah, saffron, salt, black cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon, yogurt, and black pepper. First of all, we boil the mutton in a large pan by adding water, salt, and ginger and garlic paste in it. When mutton is half cooked, we turn off the flame. In another pan, we add oil and include ginger garlic paste, whole spices, and salt, yogurt, and fry onions until they turn into light brown. We add rice without water and mutton and cook them at a high flame for 5 to 10 minutes. When both things are properly cooked, we serve it with raita.

The noodles did not have as much sauce as I would have liked, which made it a little dry, but I still enjoyed it. What I disliked was the Veggie Egg Rolls (6pcs) They had that artificial taste inside like the frozen ones do. I wish they were made more like the lumpia they used to have on the menu. The Thai Iced Tea I ordered in a large 32oz. I should have asked for light ice or no ice because after removing all the ice, my tea ended up only halfway up the cup.
