This thing is incredibly good! So often, restaurants use low quality fatty gristly meat. But not Town, you can tell the beef they use is high quality. No fatty gristle, just pure beef. The gravy is really tasty as well, and the bread they use is really good. Stays together and doesn’t fall all over the place when you dip it in the gravy. Their fries are great as well. The only thing that would make it even more perfect, is to add some grilled onions and some provolone. I’ve actually asked for it this way while eating at the restaurant and it was awesome, but unfortunately they don’t allow you to make those additions on DoorDash, but either way still such a great sandwich.
