My daughters have literally been asking for Red Bean Buns for years now and this is the first place nearby that had them. The Crispy Vietnamese Rolls were ridiculously good. The Traditional Fried Rice hit the spot. OOO of my daughters said Xia Long Bao / Soup Dumplings were the best she's ever tasted. Ironically, the Orange Chicken was not my favorite, despite being their most popular dish (I think I simply don't like orange chicken anymore). Anyway, highly recommend. One of my daughters asked if we could order from here every Saturday. Not sure that's feasible, but I do look forward to eating their food again!"

The gratuitous bowl is packed with everything, onions on top if you want to remove some/all/none, except the broccoli and zucchini are separate in the gracious container of broth. The glass noodles and chicken were cooked perfectly as were the vegetables. My only criticisms are I asked for green curry and it was not, and I think for a large a bit more chicken should be added. "I tried the brisket and ribeye pho from here and I’m genuinely impressed, everything about the bowl hit the mark. The meat was cooked to perfection, it melts in your mouth. The ribeye had just the right amount of marbling and the brisket was rich without being fatty. The broth itself was hearty and aromatic, with a depth of flavor. It’s super generous too! One bowl could easily serve two people. I also loved the fresh toppings- the bean sprouts were perfectly crunchy, and the sliced onions added a sweet sharpness that brought everything together. The noodles were soft. The eggrolls were crunchy on the outside and packed with a flavorful filling of pork, cabbage, mushrooms, and carrots. Every bite had the right balance of savory and sweetness. They came served on a fresh bed of lettuce, which added a nice crisp contrast, and paired with a sweet dipping sauce that brought everything together. Definitely coming back. This place knows how to do pho right."

"All the items looked great visually and their lychee drink and spring rolls were awesome, however the chicken pho I had was the worst pho I ever had. I was only able to finish the broth as the noodles did not taste fresh and left a pasty dryness in my mouth. The chicken although generous portion with the soup, tasted rubbery and plain. There aren't great pastries/baked goods in town honestly, (greasy subpar donuts are NOT true pastries.)
