The cheese on the taquitos is just thrown on every single time, and doesn't even melt on the taquitos evenly whatsoever. It's actually comical sometimes how messily it's thrown together. Also, even when they remember to include my rice and beans, it's thrown on top of everything, super messy. Just like the cheese. And all the missing items. The attention to detail is just not there. I used to be a fan but I probably will not be ordering here again. And the taquitos are the only affordable item on the menu. The rest is horribly overpriced. A side of plain tortilla chips is $5? "Found our new favorite Mexican restaurant! Our first time and wont be our last. The Kids Cheese Quesadilla was the best I've had, perfect, not greasy at all and his side rice was so yummy. "High Tide has the best baked goods in San Clemente! My family's lived here for 4-5 years and there's no baked goods in town that compare to their Sugar Bun! But we also love the Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie, GF Crumble Muffin and the Strawberry Pop Tart is great too! The Sugar Bun is gourmet and made with a quality that's rare in SC. There aren't great pastries/baked goods in town honestly, (greasy subpar donuts are NOT true pastries.)
