"I first ate at this restaurant in person. The chicken katsu was incredible. Very moist and tasty. I have ordered it through Door Dash and it was so-so the first time and really disappointing the second time. The second time it was burned and cold. They barely give you any rice and the rice i received this tome was not very good. It was super dry and undercooked. It seemed like some grains were not even cooked at all. There isnt an option on Door Dash to order an extra rice, so I requested it in the requests. I also asked for extra katsu sauce.
