TLDR - food was tasty, but the value not not quite there. It's quite expensive for such a small portion.
For an la carte dish, I was disappointed to find the portion size of the sweet and sour chicken to be rather small, considering it's 20 bucks.
Even more upsetting is the "large" jasmine rice that is noted on the website to feed 2-3 people. That carton is tiny (like the size of a baseball?) and can only be considered a maximum of one person's portion. It cost me $4.40 to get the large rice. I finished the entire tiny carton in one sitting and still felt unsatiated. I cannot fathom what the "small" jasmine rice entails if what I got was the large size.
OK, now that I listed my disappointments, I will have to admit, the food was good. The sweet and sour chicken, though lukewarm by the time I got it, was still slightly crispy at the edges. The sauce was perfectly sweet-tangy and enveloped the meat and veggies. The idea of charring the fresh (not canned) pineapple was an excellent touch and helped emulate the taste of a smoky wok. It was very delectable. I only wish I had more to eat.
The rice, though the portion was sadly pitiful, was fluffy, soft, and fragrant. It paired well with the chicken.
Today's order to me really felt more like a 3.5 stars. I didn't even get utensils, even though I had requested some. Sigh...The food was tasty, so round up to 4 stars."

Not too spicy, just a gentle warmth and great classic texture. First time with the M.S.G Chicken too: i think the flavor is really good and savory, but to compare to a more nostalgic American-Chinese restaurant, this could be a bit more generous. The crust and flavor was great, but I'd have a hard time sharing this across more than two people. Otherwise, super fast and the quality was really solid."

"I got the small Teriyaki Karaage Bowl and Yum Yum Crispy Chicken Bowl. The portion size is good for a small size and adequately filling. It came with 4 to 5 pieces of fried chicken pieces and the sauce was drizzled on top. The bowl came with a side salad with dressing and pickled sushi ginger.
The chicken pieces were fine. They taste kinda like the frozen, fully cooked, seasoned chicken bites from costco that were fried and then drizzled with sauce.
The teriyaki sauce was a bit too sweet for my preference. It did give the chicken pieces a beautiful glaze but I felt the soy sauce flavor was a bit lacking.
The yum yum sauce was also sweet. To me, it tastes quite similar to the thin-sweet mayo used for the prawn/shrimp in the famous honey walnut prawns dish.

The ingredients are all pretty standard, there's nothing that stands out as far as that, but the execution is amazing. Whoever's manning that wok knows what they're doing because I've never had chow fun where the noodles are cooked this perfectly and everything has that lovely wok hei/very slightly charred flavor. And it's been consistently good every time I've gone there."
"This is one of my favorite restaurants! My favorite items to get are the fried rice or the chow mein (both combo or beef). I also especially like the beef and broccoli they make.
