"I got the Tonkotsu Ramen (White) and my husband got the Tonkotsu Ramen (Red) and they were both really good. The broth was rich and tasty. I usually don't drink all my broth when I get ramen, but I drank all of it this time. I really appreciated having 4 pieces of meat (most places do 1-2) and additional veggies that many other ramen places don't include (bean sprouts and spinach).
