I prefer white miso because it's less salty and lighter. Secondly, the steamed gyoza has six pieces and the soy and vinegar sauce that is served on the side is very tasty. The gyoza here can be ordered steamed or fried. I was pleased that it accompanies the gyoza and isn't just straight soy sauce. I like to add a few drops of chili oil for a bit more flavor when I'm cooking it at home. I am impressed with the flavor and texture of the food and will likely visit the restaurant in person next time. My only complaint is that the delivery didn't include chopsticks or napkins.
