Chinese Sausage & Dry Scallop Fried Rice 瑤柱臘味炒飯 was def a good break from traditional pork fried rice - sweet, dry Chinese sausage and the rice was well-textured with scallop bits in it. Finally, I'm always a sucker for Egg Custard Buns 奶皇流沙包 and these didn't disappoint - they're the orange variety, a bit gushy and squirty, sweet and still steamy.

The filling was proportionate to the size of dumpling however they lacked flavor and could have used some salt or msg. The 2. Chicken Wings were not tender and was hard to get off the bone and the skin was almost inedible and could benefit from a longer cook time or prior marinating/tenderizing. The way that it was packaged did not allow the steam to vent which made the crispy skin soggy. They were also flavorless by themselves. The onion, garlic and jalapeño topping was the only thing that saved this dish. Unfortunately I will not be ordering again."
