"KFC...good as usual tonight. Chicken 3 pc. Tenders Combo was two for one (thank you KFC!) Tenders were thick and juicy and quite tasty, the biscuits were fluffy and not nearly as "dusty" (with flour) but quite small (as all restaurants are doing these days). I had never had the tenders before but this two for one deal couldn't be passed up. Glad I tried it. They were generous with the sauce packets. Even the lemonade was good, sweet and cold. I thought I was ordering from the KFC on Fitzgerald Drive (near Lucky), but after I mapped my Dasher driver I noticed it came from A & W. The biscuit was also not golden brown and was noticeably smaller than other biscuits at other restaurants. Will not order from this one again! "

I got my order and the top container was completely sideways, as if it got forced into the bag that way. The food itself... my Teriyaki Chicken Bowl was a thin bed of rice, overcooked lettuce with 3 sprigs of broccoli and chicken with cold teriyaki sauce on top, clearly looked just dumped on there. Very sad to see a place like this alter their quality and taste of their food. Chicken Katsu Regular Plate was fine, no complaints but the food "was not made with love" like it used to be.
BBQ Chicken Mini Plate was the plate that was shoved in sideways so theres that. Taste was fine and my mom did like that the chicken was soft. Overall, it seems that there was a change in quality and in the way they might be preaparing the food, seemed rushed to get the order out. "
