The rice is my favorite side dish at sultan I know it very well and I know last night they used minute rice or a different grain. It was not good. Would not order again from this location. The original location in downtown Danville is still superior. This location in Blackhawk was not fresh. Even the ground meat was rough, chewy, and had lots of gristle and bone in it.
