Fries are crispy and nice, I added a bit of salt to mine, but no complaints. They provided napkins, ketchup & mustard, and cutlery. Sure, the absurdly large burger I ordered was a little smooshed in the box, but it sprang back just fine, as the pictures show.
Highly recommend this place, especially if you can catch a deal on it, but it's worth the occasional splurge for quality & portions like this."

"It was just pretty nasty. The lettuce seemed like it was from last century, chemically preserved until now. The beef has a really unpleasant char flavor to it, like a bunch of butane or propane is cooked into it. Especially around the edges this is very palpable. The first time I got this sandwich it was absolutely BATHED in mayonaise. Getting it a second time with no mayo didn't improve things as much as i hoped.
