They were very dark on top, smaller than we usually get, and they were filled with, VERY LITTLE cheese, VERY LITTLE sausage, VERY LITTLE pepperoni. NO sauce, and A LOT of onions. Enough onions to make up for the meat and cheese that was missing. Not like fresh onions, but boiled type onions. They tasted like a casserole in a bun. There was a lot of bread to them. I was very disappointed because my family didn't.I called and asked for a refund. And the shift manager did give me a refund. I appreciated that. "the steak was a little fatty,but otherwise it was great"

"The store was not overly busy at the time of my order but it was not ready when I arrived at the pickup time. The wait was then long because my order was overlooked/forgotten. They did apologize for the 20 minute wait but then the quality of the food was inconsistent. The Kalua pig was great as always however the Katsu Chicken was very overcooked and the Teriyaki Steak was tough enough that it could not be cut with the plastic knife. Not the quality I typically expect here."
