"When I get carry out or delivery, I often can still work with things. Things can get soggy and it cools down. It can be adjusted, or just don't care and eat. I ordered bacon toast slider. When it arrived at my house, I separated the toast and put it on a plate, next to the egg, and in an electric air fry oven for 1 minute on each side. I put the bacon on a non-stick surface and inside a gas fire oven and set it to broil-low mode. Once the oil sizzles, I dab it with a towel. Process takes a very short time, to avoid burn, because it is already cooked. I achieved a tasty good crispy and soft finish. Flipped and broil heated egg 1 more time before serving sandwich. I give 4 of 5 stars because it was kinda short on cheese and the bacon was good but not quite as good as my personal skillet. Carbonated Coke was perfect. About an hour wait for delivery which is understandable at one of the busiest times of the day (between 5-6pm). However, the food arrived HOT and fresh. Chicago-Style Meatballs - These were amazing. Everything about them was delicious. Will order a side everytime. Thin Crust Create Your Own - After reading some reviews, it seemed the spinach mix was the way to go, and it definitely was! I went with spinach mix, sausage, and Italian beef. One of the best, if not the best thin crust pizzas I've had. The spinach mix is amazing and I'm sure goes well with any variety of toppings. The sausage and the beef were outstanding in flavor. The cheese, sauce, everything was on point. Well done Lou's! Highly recommend both the meatballs and the spinach mix. "Not bad for a chain pizza joint! Their crispy thin crust manages to be as thin and crunchy as domino's while still being flavorful (unlike the latter). They have bacon as a topping which is always a plus and Pepperoni Magnifico® on regular crust is delicious as well. Their Chicken Dippers (10 Pcs.) is not seasoned much, but works in a dipping sauce, so not bad either. That said, there are pizza that matures and are delicious cold, but these are not one of those, so eat them as soon as they are arrive and before they get cold!"

"No joke, Elios is the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life, and this is coming from a die-hard deep dish lover. Remember when you were a kid watching cartoons, and the pizza in the cartoons would always look so much better than real life pizza? This is like that cartoon pizza - soft and even coating of fresh cheese that stretches for miles when you pull a slice from the pie, The perfect amount of the perfectly balanced sauce which isnt too sweet but isnt too acidic, and is the most amazing compliment to the flavorful, pillowy, and chewy dough and crust. Any toppings you get will just enhance the Elios experience and blow you away with how fresh and specialty they taste. I recommend you start with a pizza base that has toppings you already want on it, and then mix/match toppings to try different combos out and see what your favorites are.
