I would say more of a California style versus typical Texas-Mex. The carnitas mini tacos were phenomenal. They were seasoned well slightly moist. Their homemade salsa brought them fully to life. The birria mini tacos were good, but the roast beef was a little dry for my liking. The consomme' adds the moisture back to the beef, but I wish the birria was a bit thicker. Wapo Taco is a definite addition to my dining rotation. I highly recommend it for yours as well."

"My first order from Wapo Taco. The Wapo C-Food Taco was a shrimp taco and it was great! It needed no salsa or any additional seasoning as it was seasoned well.
