Crust is crispy on the outside soft on the inside although it's slightly sweet and a little too fluffy for my taste but that's always a preference thing. Bottom of my slice had a solid crust too! Good size for a small get together. The caprese penne is a great choice if you're looking for a pasta dish with a fresh and lighter sauce, that is as long as you can avoid all of that delicious mozzarella melted on top haha! Great choice and a good deal for late night munchies."

Pan-fried or Steamed Dumplings (8 Pieces) look more like perogies and have very little flavor. I tried the Mongolian Beef to give a new dish a try and the beef was mushy with less than a serving of beef."
