The California salad had loads of walnuts and blue cheese and their homemade raspberry vinaigrette was perfection! I threw them in the air fryer and within 5 minutes they were hot and juicy with the perfect crisp to them. I know I've used the word "perfect" several times and I did because it sums up my food.
