"I decided to go with their Omakase Sushi Blind Box - 16Pc, which, at first glance, looked fresh and appealing. It definitely delivered—the taste was well-prepared, and each bite had a satisfying balance of savory and slightly sweet notes. That said, I did wish there was a bit more variety in the assortment and for something labeled “assorted,” I was hoping for a broader range of textures and flavors. One thing that stood out—though not in the best way—was the rice. There was simply too much of it. After a few pieces, it started to feel heavy, and I found myself wishing for a better ratio that would let the seafood shine more.
