"I had the miso 01.Miso Soup, tuna sashimi, the yellowtail tuna sashimi, the Ninja roll, the N2. Japanese Fried Rice, and unsweetened iced tea! Wow, lots of stuff for a truly delectable dinner! Let's get to the details! Starting with the miso 01.Miso Soup: the portion was perfect for a starter drink but a little on the lukewarm side because I let mine sit too long. My bad and not indicative of Door Dash or Sumo Express. The nori in the miso was dark green and appeared fresh with the tofu appropriately portioned. The tuna sashimi was was fantastic, perfectly portioned as was the yellowtail tuna sashimi that honestly melted in my mouth. Just breathtaking. The scent off both made me ravenous! The Ninja was portioned and loaded up like its own meal. It is deep fried but it must be a flash fry because it had no hint of grease, you could taste all the fish, the avocado became creamy, and the cream cheese did not become runny at all! Not to mention the eel sauce drizzled on perfectly complimented the dish. I did not use the spicy mayo that was on the side but it was probably Japanese mayonnaise and should have at least tried it with a piece, if not just to for the experience. I did not get the entree; the roll by itself was so much food that I could not finish it! Because I finished my meal with the non- entree N1.Japanese Fried Rice! Phew! As a man born in Okinawa, this was extremely comforting. The portion was so that I almost finished it and I would have been disappointed if I had eaten any less. I got it with shrimp that were HUGE, juicy, and flavourful, with lightly fried rice, peas, carrot, and egg. It honestly had an underlying sweetness to it that was nostalgic. Order, go here, try it! It's bound to better express sitting there!"

"The rolls seem to be made with sticky rice? I've never had sushi with this kind of rice (I've eaten a lot of sushi from Vegas to Japan), so it's certainly quite odd... but I don't dislike it? it's actually pretty great with some of the roll flavors, just odd. Beef Sukiyaki Udon was very tasty, and the udon was thick and perfectly cooked. Deliciously slurpy. Salmon Kama 1pc was odd. Really inexpensive for the amount given, but it seemes to be deep fried. So 1) some of the thinner sections were basically jerky and 2) kama is usually quite fatty already, so this being deep fried means it's absolutely drenched in oil. If I skipped the kama entirely, this was a solid 4. It's currently a 3.5 so let's round up. Everything was portioned well and priced well."

"The 13 Vegetable Tempura was delicious and plentiful; I haven't had broccoli tempura before but things were cooked perfectly. the sauce container is a bit narrow for doing some things but I made do. The C17 Dynamite Roll was fishier in flavor than expected but tasty. the pieces of crab on the side were interesting and the salmon topping was thoroughly cooked; it wasn't overcooked but might have had better flavor with less cooking, and the avocado on top was blackish enough I scraped it away before eating. Next time I'll try a different roll. The ginger and wasabi come in the same plastic so the ginger was extra spicy!! This combo portion was a bit large for lunch and now I'm overly full."
