It had very little meat and what was there was tough, almost like a jerky with little flavor served dry with a few pickled onions and sliced sweet potatoes. We would not order this again. Lastly, we tried the Tallarin a la Huancaina con lomo. The meat had a bit more flavor and was more tender than the loin. It was served with onions and pasta (the highlight).
