"Although the food all tasted just fine, the party fries didn't cover the full bottom of the tray they came in. For nearly $5 I anticipated more fries than that. I also wish there were additional size options or order options for food. "

"The burgers could've been cooked just a tad longer to get more of that frozen taste out as they were soggy and I asked for 12 out of the 24 burgers to have no onions on them but they removed onions from all but about 6 of them. The chili cheese fries ordered were also packaged in sideways which caused the grease and everything to pour out the side into the bag and this was how Krystal's packaged it and not how the dasher carried it or anything. Otherwise everything was pretty good for fast food and all was pretty much gone in 30 minutes by the group. "

"I ordered a half cheese and half pepper, onion, pepperoni, and mushroom pizza, but the half of my pizza with toppings was not fully covered. I would say only 4-4.5 pieces had the toppings (this pizza is sliced in squares), so really only about 1/4th of the pizza had the toppings. The entire pizza was almost completely missing sauce, and I ordered a Coke Zero, but my dasher called to let me know they had Pepsi products, so I said ok, Diet Pepsi, but they didn't have that either. So in all we were missing about half of our toppings, probably 85% of the sauce, and no drink at all. Side note, not really a complaint, but they only have the mini bags of Ken's Dressings."
