The meal wasn't even in the black container that a salmon dinner comes in when I order at the location in Lorain. It was disgusting. I left the food in the bag. $31 wasted on my meal. Only thing that was good was the 3 fried shrimp and the large Pepsi. Everything else was disgusting. If the food isn't made properly do not serve it to a customer. Thank you!"

I should've taken a picture but I was so shocked I had to literally go back to find a pic from my first order before I did this review out of false anger. But nope. Anger valid. Spent $60 both trips. I can't say I regret the experience but it likely ends here. $60 for a plate stuffed with mainly rice and cabbage, the wrong side (first the cabbage/collards. Today I ordered Mac again and got Rasta pasta since they were out. I ordered before they were even open lol and scheduled it.). Rasta pasta wasn't bad but not my speed. Fried corn wasn't bad but not worth $5. Cabbage was good. Oxtails good ofcourse. I'm just thinking they load you up with a good plate to get your attention and then change from there."

"I ordered a Coke and an entree of Buffalo Chicken Dip. The coke I'd rate a 3/5 with 2 points taken off for cost to size ratio. It cost me $3.25 for what looks like about 12 oz of drink. If it's 16oz then I'm wrong on size but I stand by my cost to portion statement. The 3 points are because it's coca cola and it taste great. The Buffalo Chicken Dip is a big miss. I'd rate it 1/5. The 1 point is that there is at least a heat level. The pita was really good but we're focused on the dip and not what is used to dip into it. The viscosity on a scale of 1 to 5 from thin to thick would be 1.5. The main ingredient seems to be chunked tomato for some reason. The onions added a bit of chunk but I really never tasted the chicken. It was also cubed and not shredded. Mix all of this together and it's a sloppy mess of slightly spicy tomato that crunches while what chicken did make it in slides right off the pita as this seems almost like a soup more than a dip. Everything was fresh and I'd order from here again. I just would not order either of these items."

"The Taco Salad had the chips on the bottom of the salad and had way too much seasoning. The chips are supposed to be crisp so you can use them to scoop up the salad. I have been getting this Taco Salad since 2019 when I 1st moved here and since the pandemic the salad has decreased in size, has been sloppy, and each 1 I ordered in the past 3 years always has at least 2 or more problems but never the same problems each time. Prepandemic it filled the to go box completely. Now they range from 1/2 to 3/4 full. The chips used to be some on top and some on the bottom. However, again in the past 3 years there's either a large amount of chips on the bottom meaning 3/4 to all of the chips being soggy. The amount of jalapeño are very few to tons. Tonight the jalapeño was perfect but the seasoning was extreme. The fried mushrooms and Jojoba was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The chicken tenders was a little tough and was a little bit smaller than normally."
