"The portions in the Lovers Dinner for Two are exceptional. I wish I could post a picture it came with a very generous portion of scallops/shrimp along with the amount of diced filet and lobster. Then an equally generous amount of grilled and marinated veggies. It's not clearly noted, but it also comes with clear broth soup, fried rice, and salad. ALSO MUST NOTE: They use exceptional packaging and keep everything well organized and sealed. The nerd in me appreciates the top of line engineering put into the design and it's an extra expense I appreciate from a restaurant like this one. They have nailed the carry out and delivery process so well that other places need to take note. P.S. The Party Animal Roll is incredible just like the rest of the rolls on their menu! You will not regret placing an order from Oyama! "

"I loved the Iowa City Roll the sauce and flavor is just great and I enjoy ordering it. But the Sashimi Appetizer is just disappointing? The portion/cut of the sashimi is super small, you'd think for $13.00 you'd get a bigger piece instead of something so small. It's worth it to order the rolls and meals but the sashimi isn't especially for the price and size. "

"For the price, you can get much better else where. Tenders were cold and literally counted 9 pieces of fries. Bleu cheese was also very watery. I picked them up exactly when it was ready and got back home 7 minutes later. Maybe it was a one time thing so I will give it one more chance in the future "

"Ordered the taco pizza, the crust was soggy, the toppings were fine but overall bland. The garlic cheese bread looked and tasted like wonder bread covered in oil, garlic, and cheese. I had high hopes considering they've received good reviews from the local foodie groups. It was at least on par with your standard fast food pizza fare, certainly not worth $26 for a large taco and $10 for white toast covered in cheese."

The portion size was impressive (2.5 meals for me) and an excellent value for the money. I'd absolutely order it again and plan to. I definitely appreciated the free side of chips and salsa, which I'm assuming came with the platter. The chips were delicious, and the salsa had the right amount of heat. The Guacamole Dip was chunky and very fresh, I loved it. My order was for pickup, and it was ready shortly after arrival. The employees were very sweet too!
