"I ordered the Kinda Cobb salad. Upon opening the lid of the bowl, I instantly noticed that the mixed greens were wilted and mushy. As I dug the ones off the top and threw it into the trash, I started seeing more and more. Basically all of the mixed greens I had to hand pick out and throw in the trash due to them being wilted and/or mushy. Even the romaine was on its last leg (centers were partially pink, with some fully there). Thankfully I had some mixed greens in my refrigerator I was able to add to it to replace them. For a restaurant that literally specializes in SALADS, this is just completely unacceptable. Seems like whoever is making the salads has not been trained well and/or just doesn't care about quality control. Hopefully management steps it up or this place isn't going to make it.
