"My first time trying Palio's here in Sherman. It was horrible. Ive ordered the calzone many times from the Plano, McKinney and fairview locations. It was always perfect and delicious. This location burnt it and the insides were gritty and the cheese was nasty. Not worth the money. Sad day :( "

This is literally half the size that it normally is and it normally comes with strawberries and blueberries topping it. This is what I received today for $15. I also ordered the "Homestyle" chocolate chip cookies. I received 5 individually wrapped, refrigerated cookies. I was expecting warm cookies that had been baked. Those refrigerated cookies were $13? I could've gotten packaged cookies from the grocery store. I'm disappointed with Cracker Barrel. This is my last order from them. I'm upset. "
