SERVICE was extremely slow and lacked any attention to detail- I was called by the driver to inquire on what sides i wanted. The DD app doesnt allow you to choose the entree without choosing both sides! The driver also pointed out they didn't start my order til she arrived to the restaurant and inquired on it. Driver also mentioned a 30+ minute wait is a regular experience here. For context: my order was scheduled by 8am and acknowledged by the restaurant by 3pm. My driver had not arrived til nearly 4pm. I see little excuse here. I want to give them a 3 star review. But, food is the priority here and they did that well. "

"First, the order came and the container holding the food was open and spilling out into the brown bag they have it delivered in - this was not the driver's fault - the top was clearly not folded and closed before it was put in the bag. Second, I gotta say - for $24 I expected a bigger portion - it was basically a small container that I would consider a "lunch portion", at best. Third, I ordered the fettuccine noodles with garlic and olive oil, chicken and sausage. The garlic was WAY overpowering - way, Way, WAY, too much garlic. I love garlic, but this is not edible at all. And it tastes like it is just a garlic powder, which makes it even worse. Third, I also ordered garlic bread - and again, WAY too much garlic - and not edible.
