The crust has that light cornmeal on the bottom so you get a little crunch when you bite into it, but the dough itself is still soft and chewy with just a hint of ferment—you can actually taste that it’s real dough and not something rushed. The cheese melts the way it’s supposed to, smooth and stretchy instead of that weird coagulated mess a lot of places around here serve. It’s basically New York–style pizza but without the greasy overload, and the toppings are legit. I had the chicken, pineapple, and onion and the chicken was ridiculously tender, not dry at all, and everything tasted fresh. Even the chicken fingers are excellent—crispy breading, all white meat, cooked perfectly. On top of that they’ve got a huge menu with tons of other stuff. The last 4-5 times we've gotten gristly, barely edible meat in our Banh Mi Pork W.Bunh Fish Sauce, which is also often over sauced as well. Their Plain Fries are crispy and good, but so, so tiny. Like one handful of fries. We've dropped them from our rotation. Sad."
