I called the restaurant asking if I could get small order of Pho broth. I was able to charge egg drop soup and place comment to make it Pho broth. Perfect!!! Ordered Singapore Noodles 星洲炒米 without curry and replace with soy sauce. FANTASTIC! The beans were overcooked, however that may have been from it to continue cooking from delivery. Kung Pao Shrimp / 宮保蝦 was actually spicey with great flavor I used the marinade for the free box of white rice they gave me which created a whole new meal for the next day with the shrimp. as for the If I Shrimp Lo Mein / 大蝦撈麵 and the kumpao shrimp they most definitely did not skimp on the shrimp and you got plenty! This is the first Chinese takeout place that actually will leave gives you enough and you feel like you got your money's worth and not just 5 shrimps.. lol The Thai ice tea tasted amazing and wasn't too sweet or bitter at all! "This is my first time ordering from this store. I thought the price was a bit steep for soup, but since they are offering a 45% discount this week, the biggest discount I've seen to date on Doordash, I decided to give it a try. First of all, the serving of the Tonkotsu Chicken Ramen is HUGE. I actually ended up putting about half of the soup away to reheat for dinner tonight. The broth came in a 32 oz plastic container and the noodles and meat were in a separate square box. I suppose this was done to keep the noodles from getting too mushy. The noodles were thicker than the instant amen you get at the store, more like yakisoba or lo mein noodles. The broth was piping hot and not overly salty. The container was full to the brim, so if you don't have a bowl large enough to hold both, you'll have to drink off some of the broth before adding the noodles and chicken. I added the gyoza starter for an additional charge. The gyoza were pan-fried and were crunchy and delicious. They only come in one flavor, pork. They came with two dipping sauces; one tasted like a combination of soy sauce and rice vinegar, and the other was a sweet tariyaku sauce. The latter was a bit sweet for me, but the gyoza were delicious both dipped in the soy sauce or just plain. You could also add the soy sauce to the miso broth if you like a bit more seasoning. If I order this again, I probably won't get an appetizer, because it was just too much food to finish in one setting. A couple could probably split one serving of ramen between two bowls and then maybe share an appetizer."
