I remember being excited when I heard about Fujis opening. The concept has so much potential. Sadly it lacks vision and disciplined execution. It's just another place to go to get a mediocre meal in Sioux Falls. I wish they sold the lease to Jinya Ramen. That is a proper ramen spot. I understand running a restaurant is tough and there are a host of factors that need to align for the doors to open daily, but I do believe Fuji could do so much better if they just cared."
