Zero over-salting. I called the restaurant with questions, and the woman I spoke with was incredibly helpful and kind. The food was prepared on time, the restaurant was warm and inviting at pick-up, and when I called them a second time after we ate to compliment every aspect of the meal and to welcome the restaurant to Skokie, both the woman and I were delighted.
