"Normally when I get Cinnamon Sticks they pull apart and off the cardboard pretty easily, sometimes with it partially stuck which isn't the worst but this time the entire bottom half of the sticks would stay stuck to the cardboard and was pretty difficult to separate, it was probably my least favorite expience with it. Not to mention the sauce had separated from the oils and had a weird texture that it doesn't normally have either. Mind you I've ordered this like 10 times I loved this item, fresh is the best but not if I can't eat the whole stick. That was the main thing I wanted so seeing it like that was kinda upsetting but it is what it is. The Cinnamon Sticks were the pure reason for this 1 star.
