"Simple. Showed up to pick up order and waited over an hour with no indication my order would be done until I asked for an update. That led to my order being handed to me, being told it just got done, and the box and being cold and pretzel being like warm. Not sure what happened. Maybe it was a one off since they are usually really good. It was the lack of communication and theft of time that was the most upsetting. I will order again because their food is usually really good and this never happens. It was just an upsetting experience to end the day."

"Wanted to change things up and go for a small, local business, and oh boy... this was definitely NOT A MISS. While the order did take a bit to make, you can tell they put their soul into the food. The sides are decently sized, and the Soul Rolls Platter is plenty more than enough.
While the Hazel's Mac N' Cheese isn't your typical Mac, it has a sweet tang to it that makes perfectly diverse. The Cheese Fries... don't pass on them, trust me: make sure you dip them in their sauce as well. The Soul Rolls have every bit of flavor you'll be craving once the munchies kick in, but if you're sober, they will still hit.

"The food was good..and hot. I ordered the 10oz steak dinner. came with 2 sides. I chose onion rings and white cheddar mac. There are a couple of things that turned me off to order this meal again, though. First, the white cheddar mac was very bland. it's not a side I would order from here again. The other thing that turned me off is the 10oz steak. I ordered it rare, and they did a good job making it rare, but it was a very fatty steak. by the time I cut all the fat off, I would say I had a 7oz steak rather than a 10oz (pic below). I cut off about 3 ounces of fat from the steak. Also, the steak could have been a little more seasoned imo. Other than that, the meal was made quickly, and my dasher was quick to deliver. The Onion Rings were great!! I didn't care too much for the sauce it came with, though."
