Each time it has been watery, lacking flavor and skimpy on the vegetables. One chicken panang curry came with 5 slices of chicken, and 2 slices bell pepper, literally no other vegetables in it. Use coconut cream and more peanuts in your panang. Its so watery its sad. Don't use high percentage water coconut milk.... everything is else is fine. But just disappointing.."
