"The Mixed Grill is fantastic! If it's your first time having Turkish food and you don't know what to choose, the platter gives you a generous amount of the most popular meats in The Turk's repertoire, so you don't have to choose one and worry you might not like it as much as another (which I realized wasn't a problem after I had some because they were all delicious)
They also have an awesome host. I was picking my food up and he greeted me and let me know my food would be out in a couple minutes. He offered me Turkish tea (on the house!) and brought it out in a to-go cup for me to take in the car once my food was ready. While I sipped my tea and waited another customer came in to order food to go. The host helped the customer with figuring out what she wanted and since it was her first time, he gave her a dessert to take home and try, also on the house!

"The Food is decent. Portions are hefty, the food is pretty flavorful. I really only had 2 issues, I was in between 3 and 4 stars as a result. The price is a bit weird for what you get, it's a lot of filler. A LOT of filler. That's mostly ok, it's a decent bit of food, but it's mostly rice and salad. The real issue?
It's SO DRY. The salad is lightly dressed, the pita is cut into strips so you can't wrap the kebab in it, the rice is kinda dry (and honestly, bland), and there's this little ramekin of sauce that's supposed to salvage the whole thing. That ramekin is doing a lot of heavy lifting.
I'd probably give it 5 stars if it came with more sauce. As it is I'm about to whip up my own tzatziki to kinda bring this to life. Very heavily suggest asking for extra sauce. Mine's all gone and I still have half a pita and 42 pounds of rice to eat."

"By mistake I ordered a slice of the grandma pie as opposed to the whole pie. I called and instead of putting me on the back end, they made a pie for me and within 30 mts it was here. On a Friday night too! They make the best sautéed broccoli also. I cut it up and add pasta to the broccoli. The garlic is perfectly browned as if I made it myself. While the cold antipasto salad appeared to be just fine clean & fresh the salad was buried beneath the usual soggy vinegary cauliflower, peppers etc. a fair portion of Italian meats, olives etc. The dressing tasted like wishbone Italian not the balsamic vinaigrette I requested. The Soprano pizza was disappointing as well. Mozzarella with very few tiny pieces of crumbled sausage along with broccoli rabe. The rabe was not sautéed in anything no olive oil or garlic rendering the pizza flavorless. I will take the leftovers and include seasoning and sauce sautéed garlic. This was an expensive meal to discard despite the disappointment. I did, however, enjoy the exceptional cannoli."
