The Sweet Potato Fries were hand cut and the serving was generous. From the color they were cooked just right -- but unfortunately they got cold (but not soggy) on the ride and had to be reheated. You'd think Door Dash would have figured out a way for drivers keep hot foods hot. They had to be run through the oven once they arrived. The Coconut Custard Pie was without peer. Critical to the success of a custard pie is prebaking or blind baking the crust to keep the bottom crust from getting soggy. This one was perfect.
